Describe accurately the amenities and services provided.

Ensure proper standards of customer care, courtesy and cleanliness are maintained at all times

Deal promptly and courteously with all enquiries (usually within 4 hours), requests and complaints. Provide proper insurance cover, and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Remember all "Isle of Mull Self Catering" properties have received a 4 star excellent award for Self Catering from Visit Scotland the Scottish Tourist board

Booking Conditions.

Penmore house sleeps 10 maximum - no more than 10 except a baby in a cot.

We do not take pets.

Penmore House is a non smoking establishment.

We will "pencil in" any interest in any week into our booking diary for a client however a 50 % deposit is required to confirm a booking.

Bookings deposits and balance payments can be made by .

Payments appear on your statemant as a payment to James W Spence.

You can contact us to make a payment by e-mail or phone or send us a cheque made payable to Jim Spence

Balance of let due 6 weeks before the start of the let.

Cancelled bookings forfeit deposit and balance, any moneys returned are at the discretion of "isle of mull self catering" depending on how successful we are at re-letting the cancelled week
